​We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! I highly recommend it to anyone who values comfort, quality, and a genuinely warm attitude toward guests. The hotel is in a fantastic spot. ​The rooms are amazing! The interior is very cozy, filled with a warm atmosphere, yet completely modern. The cleanliness is pristine, the linens are snow-white, and the mattress and pillows are comfortable. It’s clear that the place is maintained with great care and love. ​Superb breakfast. Everything was delicious. The coffee was top-notch, and the pastries just melted in your mouth. The perfect start to every day! A huge thank you to the hotel team.Exceptionally polite, responsive, and hospitable people. ​Every single detail in this hotel is perfect. You can truly feel that guests are genuinely welcomed and valued here. We will definitely be back! My rating is 10 out of 10!

Zur historischen Karlsburg liegt die Vila Preciosa perfekt, um alles per pedes erlaufen zu können. Das Haus wird seinen gehobenen Ansprüchen durchaus gerecht, der überraschend große Restaurant-Betrieb ist perfekt organisiert und die Ergebnisse schmackhaft. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und routiniert.

Perfektion ist nicht alles.

Pensione molto carina accogliente e pulita molto vicina alla cittadella, con parcheggio molto comodo. Veramente ottima la colazione a buffet! Un grazie particolare ad Andrea per la professionalità nel risolvere un piccolo problema. Camera non grandissima ,ma con tutto il necessario.
