We had a wonderful stay at this property in Batticaloa. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were exceptionally clean and well maintained, with all the necessary utensils provided for a comfortable stay. The owner and staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also perfect — very close to most of the important places in Batticaloa and within easy reach of many great restaurants. Batticaloa Città non è il massimo, ma non ha niente a che vedere con questo alloggio splendido.

Nous n avons pas vu le propriétaire mais celui ci a été très facilement joignable et a tout mis en œuvre pour organiser notre départ tôt en matinée ( commande d un tuk tuk). Personne fiable et de confiance. Proximité des commerces et hébergement calme. Cuisine à disposition mais si on n' en a pas fait usage.

Des petits sachets de thé ou de café auraient été les bienvenus WiFi difficile à capter selon l emplacement de la chambre

The availability of the host during and after check-in. Well-stocked kitchen with utensils usable for cooking. Nice living room space. Comfortable bedroom space.

There was a cockroach.

We really enjoyed having a whole apartment to ourselves. It was comfy and very close to the Bazaar area. We could reast as there were no noises form the outside

The hotel cancelled our reservation one day before our booked night because of 'major repair'. What's in a name...
