Loved the location of the venue.

Poor customer service to start, stood almost 20 minites waiting on the staff showing us to our room, it seemed something was going wrong on his end with his computer but in that we knew nothing as he failed to communicate at all and just left my partner and i standing with 3 bags each. and the room had practically 0 wifi service. I think it could have been a better experience if the staff had of just gave basic customer service and we also didnt end up having to watch netflix on a phone when in the room.

"Good location for work in the town"

Asking for the key card in the bar. Should have a side of the bar that’s prioritised for accomodation. Bar girl shouted out my room number, as a sole traveller she should have known not to do this. Training needed for staff on safety. No parking available.

The location was brilliant in the heart of Kildare town. The room was clean, nice powerful shower, lovely carpet and heavy curtains. Would stay again. Staff were very helpful and service and food in Cunninghams Bar was amazing. Would highly recommend.
