The room was clean, well-maintained, had sufficient lighting, and had an air conditioner (functionality not tested). The shared kitchen was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with enough dishes, tableware, tea, instant coffee, sugar, tea bags, and an electric kettle for various needs; however, there was only one pan, and it did not have a handle. The property is located in the city center, close to various cafés, restaurants, shops, and other amenities, including 24-hour stores. The property is relatively small, with only two guest rooms, which limits the number of people sharing the bathroom and reduces potential inconvenience.

The room we booked had only small top windows that looked onto the corridor and could not be fully opened for fresh air. The listing stated "view from the window" and provided no full-room photo, so we expected a proper window. To improve air circulation, we used some random kitchen items to prop the "windows" open. The corridor window was open throughout the night, which helped with air, but also brought noises from the street and neighbours. The "view" was asphalt, backyard, parked car and neighbor’s fence. We arrived late, after 22:00, very tired, there was confusion about our room because it did not match the photos. The owner made us wait for him to come to the property instead of just answering the question. When we raised the "windows issue", he did not even apologize, just kept saying "this is what we have.” He repeatedly suggested taking us out in the middle of the night to search for alternative accommodations in the area, even though we told him we don't want to do that. His attitude was quite annoying and just made things worse. The bed quality was medium; springs could be felt in certain positions, which affected comfort. One of us slept well, another - not well at all. The shower curtain had visible mold or dirt, and there was no bath mat, causing water to accumulate on the floor after showering. In the dark, it was very difficult to locate the property, the signs were barely visible. The listing indicated a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk, but neither existed in reality. During payment, the owner gave extra change (2.5 lari), but refused to accept it back, which was a principled issue for us.

Nico, le propriétaire a été très sympathique, il nous a offert du vin de sa production, nous a conseillé sur l'itinéraire pour la visite du pays. Nous avions loué une voiture mais il peut aussi organiser des tours dans son véhicule. D'ailleurs il est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport lors de notre arrivée sur notre demande ce qui est bien pratique vu l'heure tardive d'arrivée de notre vol. il y a une place pour se garer devant chez lui ce qui est rassurant aussi. je recommande.
