"Spring cleaning must be done in that place"

Hot water in the shower

Everything in this place is a mess firstly what I saw in the picture is not what I saw when I was there that place is old and dirty. The blankets need to be changed theyā€™re are old and have a bad smelling, the sheet has stains. I couldnā€™t sleep my whole body was inching. I donā€™t know when was the last time they cleaned the room coz it was dusty. I didnā€™t enjoy my stay it a pity we came at night didnā€™t have our own transport we were using uber I am sure if we were driving we wouldā€™ve left the place. Even the cup for tea were dirty. The Wi-Fi wasnā€™t connecting on our phones keep on saying ā€œWi-Fi cannot connectā€ that old me was like keep trying whereas he sees that his Wi-Fi is not working. I donā€™t know what that small bed for coz we were two people it looked like a grave to me

Nothing the host did not let us in and we want a refund

Everything the staff is not friendly and only disclosed after booking that they have a curfew I need a refund

"The worst lodge experiace coming from durban for a wedding"

I got to the lodge everything was locked up. There is no reception.. Nobody was answering there phones.. I was coming
