"Exactly what we needed for our stopover on our way to Tioman Island"

They have a drinking water refill station, the hotel is conveniently located between the bus and ferry terminal, the staff was friendly and the room exactly what we needed (comfy beds, bathroom, aircon)

The elevator is very, very slow.
