Great location, comfortable room with balcony. Great air conditioning. Our hosts did our laundry.

The family who runs the hotel was so nice and helpful! Atmosphere was super nice, rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. Only few minute walk to the beach from a quiet and peaceful street. Would definitely stay there again!

One of the best facilities I stay in in Sri Lanka The family was very lovely they are very helpful it's 3 minutes away from the secret beach it's amazing whenever I came to Mirissa I will stay there and also the breakfast was very good nice to meet you especially your son tehan or metan I always forget his name god bless you and keep going

nice hosts & beautiful room, only thing was the shower, there was only hot water during the day (so you couldn't shower with cold water after swimming in the sea) and it was a bit loud outside in the morning, but the hotel is very near to the beach so I would stay here also next time 😊

Super kind and sweet hosts. The room is small, but enough for two people. Very clean, also the bathroom. The breakfast was really delicious. The area around the apartment is really nice and a lot more calm than the center of Mirissa. Really really nice! Would definitely come back:)

Breakfast was amazing. I loved it. Beach is just 100 M away and quiet very chill.

I was moved to room without Balcony in the downstairs. It didnt have any view and only a closed room in the ground floor. If you want to enjoy, please book the room with balcony
