Nice and clean room with AC 3 minutes walk from the beach. The neighbourhood is very quiet and we got a welcome coconut to drink

Very friendly hosts. They prepared our room with a welcome drink even when we booked last minute at night (due to other accom that fell through). Good location- short walk to the beach and high street.

Bathroom was dated with a constant drip from the ceiling. But not worth complaining about for the price.

Lovely little guest house close to Mirissa Beach. Room was clean and comfortable with mosquito net and AC provided. Lovely host who was very accommodating and let us check out late for no extra charge. Would recommend for a clean and simple stay.
