Fantastic location and spotlessly clean. Paul is a fabulous and very hospitable host. Very engaging and forthcoming with useful and interesting information about the area and things to do. His breakfasts are also amazing. We couldn’t have chosen a better property/location for our stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Outstanding.

"Excellent in every respect!"

The property was exceptionally clean and the host was more than helpful in every respect. Breakfast was a real treat insomuch as your choice of cooked meal was made exactly as you wanted it, and expertly prepared. The quality of the accommodation, welcome of the staff and the hearty breakfasts were better than many of the five star hotels we have stayed over the years. Thoroughly recommended!

Breakfast was really nice, reasonable choice of options. Location was excellent easily could walk into town only a few minutes away and by the river which was lovely to walk along

"Very clean, super friendly owners, great breakfast."

Close to the centre of town, plenty of choose for evening meals in town. Easy to find. The room was very clean. The cooked breakfast by Paul was superb. Friendly owners, happy to help you.

Timings for breakfast were not published before arriving there. 8:30am is very late for anybody working or with somewhere to be. However the owner was flexible and was able to do us an early breakfast. Advanced knowledge would have been useful.

"A brilliant place to stay."

Comfy bed and great breakfast beautifully cooked. Paul was an excellent host. He even cleared a bit of garage space to let us store our new motorbike and sidecar off the road overnight! One of our best stays and convenient for good restaurants in the town.

"Superb"

The b&b was in a great location for the town, only a 5 min walk to the shops. The room was clean and the shower was powerful and hot. . Paul the owner was very kind and helpful and cooked us a lovely breakfast.
