ZAThe staff was amazing, communication was excellent. It made every request or concerned I had much easier. The room was clean and spacious, well the WiFi as well, was using their WiFi all the way, another good thing is there is an improved coverage in terms of network in Northam, my Telkom WiFi wouldn't work, now there is coverage which was good for me everywhere I go.
Nothing, just an advise, they must always have a spare blanket for every room, Northam is very cold and there must always be a backup to keep customers warm even if there is loadshedding. Must improve on Kitchen Facilities as well as some customers might need coffee from bed.

the room looks like the rental apartments not a guest house, they moved me to another branch and made me choose between rooms that didn’t have a microwave and a mirror. the bathroom tiles not properly cleaned and there was no emergency torch for load shedding. and most importantly they dont lock the gate
