O estado do imóvel em geral está a precisar de atenção, alguns locais do terraço com possíveis questões de segurança nas estruturas, infiltrações de água por diversos locais do edifício. Proximidade da linha férrea e barcos e seus ruídos noturnos. Cheiro do quarto, coisas partidas (tampo de sanita) e mal arranjadas, mesa de melanina pintada para disfarçar os estragos, salitre que cai das paredes para sofá, prateleiras e chão. Porta do duche não fecha bem e o escoamento da água não é eficaz. Não usamos a cozinha, não dava vontade de comer com o cheiro do apartamento. Barata que veio na mala de viagem.... entre outros detalhes que nem vou inúmerar pela quantidade.

Limpeza insuficiente. Tinha cabelos e pelos de outros clientes na casa de banho. Toalhas sujas e sem cheiro a limpeza.
