""Zero" descriere pentru ca nu am intrat in camerele rezervate ! nu s-a transmis cod de acces !"

La sosirea din Dubai (cca orele 23:30), dupa 8 zile fara telefon de RO, nu am intrat in camerele rezervate! nu au fost transmise date referitoare la modul cum se face intrarea in camere si in concluzie am plecat cu autortrismul in Gorj !

Modul in care se face comunicarea Check In-ului prin intermediul booking nu este normal! odata ce se confirma rezervarea si plata, ar trebui sa fie transmise si codurile de acces (Iris Smart self check in) !
