the presure of the water wasnt good..maybe its the areas problem. and also i found very cheep thing from the owner to charge extra 10e for later check in one hour later.all he had to do was to open the door from where he was,using remote control and tell us the code for the box to open and get the keys.

Very good location, clean, seamless checking in.

I was surprised that despite the shared kitchen all cabinets were locked and you were provided only a single utensil and a coffee mug in your room per person.(no plates). At least there is a microwave. Only a single roll of thin toilet paper was provided for 6 nights and 2 people. The water boiler/pump runs very loud especially if you leave your windows open and the walls are thin.

-location -free parking in front of the building -fridge and some other shared stuff for use, like iron, umbrella,… -safe neighborhood with lots of food places nearby -triple room so we could have our child with, although we seemed to not have registered him yet he was welcomed. -the price off season in October was good but for this quality and service it is a fair price. -big room -good isolated from the noise of the streets -information about what to see and where to eat is on the kitchen wall.

I really don’t like to give such low score for any business but the fact that a basic request of having toilet paper was just ignored by the owner made me sum up all the shortcomings of this place! -the owner is doing this to have extra income I suppose and wants to do the bare minimum for that. -no personal contact what so ever, the door will be opened for you remotely and everything is arranged via whats app, they will even ask 10 euro more if you arrive after 7pm for remotely open the door for you. -you have to pay the tourist tax in advance via a link. -you will get only 1 small roll of toilet paper if you stay 1 day or 4 days like us he will not provide you more. I asked him and he said no only one! He expected us to go buy a whole pack while on vacation! It was very rude and unprofessional. -people will ring the apartment bell in the middld of the night cause they forgot their key or in our case broke the key inside the slot! We could not get in the building for a half day and the response of the owner was that on Sunday nobody works, we will fix it on Monday. -the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress sinks in and you will have back pain, specially if you stay longer than 1 night. -the cleaning was also not the best, still dust in places and around the coffee table. The floor was sticky at some places. - the water pressure was weak and the hose had a hole in it. -no daily housekeeping and even no trash emptying daily, the response was, we are not a hotel. so?! Some basic daily cleaning while the housekeeper is there for other rooms is not a big deal if you ask me!specially if people stay a bit longer than 1 night. -old (looking) towels cause they are not washed professionally. -as I mentioned this place is run by a private host who is there just to provide the basics, the place is for sure good for one night but for longer I suggest you book elsewhere. -no elevator - no bidet -bad isolation from inside, you hear people slamming doors.

We had a lovely stay here! The room was for 3 people,very comfortable with nice bathroom and balcony. We could make our coffee,there is also a shared kitchen and small terrace,everything is so pretty and colorful! We parked our car in front of the building for free. Short walking distance to the center of the city and just few metres to the main station. Easy comunication with the owners. We would recommend this place to everyone!
