Fare Suisse Tahiti - Guesthouse

All in all such a nice stay/accommodation! Very clean, very friendly staff, services like airport shuttle and even the opportunity to have a free shower right before leaving to the airport. Spontaneously decided to choose breakfast and absolutely loved it - very delicious with home baked goods!

The room was very clean and the day staff were helpful with helping me get my bag up the stairs and to my room. Lovely patio near my room and a nice restaurant on the main level.

The WiFi only works in common areas and not in the room. Although my NCL cruise ended at the airport I was told that they only pick up customers with the shuttle who arrive on flights. Unfortunately I booked the wrong day for my stay and had to spend the first night at an airport motel as Suisse Tahiti was booked. I therefore took a taxi to Suisse Tahiti and was helped with one of my bags to my room by the staff, while I managed the small bag. I was told that if I needed help with my bag to get it down the stairs to the Shuttle, that evening that someone would assist me. But when I asked for assistance that evening, the man, who I assumed was one of the owners, told me to bring the bag down myself. I had to manage two bags down a very steep incline to the Shuttle. I asked him twice for assistance to no avail.

Close to airport - transfer was very nice

So.. I never write a bad review. I can overlook no hairdryer, no coffee and no soap in the room. But when we went to pay our card was declined. Then our next card was declined. Called on our cards and they said it was not on the banks side. Sure enough we had 6 pending charges. Tried to explain but the gentleman was very rude even when we showed him the problem. Paid with our debit card. But spent our evening dealing with the banks on all the charges. His rudeness was very uncalled for. Terrible customer service. And even getting a transfer was an issue because they said they needed 24 hours. Would have been nice to have that information. We travel the world and have not encountered this rudeness.

Séjour pour une nuit avant de reprendre l’avion : transfert gratuit à l’aéroport. Le rapport qualité prix, le restaurant sur place. J’ai ai déposé ma mère et ma tante et elles ont été sereines jusqu’à leur départ de Polynésie
