La piscine, la propreté, le confort des chambres. La disponibilité du personnel pour venir nous chercher au pied du Pidurangala après le coucher de soleil.

Petit déjeuner pas a la hauteur de l’hotel, le buffet est simple et peu copieux. Dommage. Des travaux avaient lieu juste a côté de notre chambre. Bruit, manque d'intimité. Jai demandé a changer de chambre, ce qui a ete fait la nuit suivante.

Tout, la gentillesse du personnel, le cadre , la tranquillité du lieu.

We were only here one night because of a change of plan partly due to the intense heat of Sigiriya. The pool is nice, breakfast was fine. Good value for the price.

The window in our room was frosted glass so there was little natural light, which meant the room wasn’t particularly nice to retreat to from the heat. All a bit dated, but clean.

We chose this location and accomodation for the proximity to Sigiriya Rock for the early dawn rise and climb. The location made it easy for us to get as much sllep in as possible before our driver picked us up for dawn. The accomodation was clean and comfortable enough for one night for our family of four (2 teenagers). The beds were all in one room which could have been an issue if we were staying longer but was ok. The pool was nice to use as there were not many people staying at the time (end of season). Food onsite was good with sufficient choice for dinner. There were other food option places located nearby if needed. We were able to get breakfast upon our return to the accomodation which was welcomed. We did notice other families staying with younger kids and there looked to be some activities for them.

If the accomodation had been full/busy the pool would have been quite small and busy. Our room was tight for space but I think other family options were available.

Schöner Bungalow, bequeme Betten, schöner Pool. Ein Auto mit Fahrer ist nicht schlecht, da man vom Felsen doch etwas entfernt ist. Es war sehr schön ruhig dort, perfekt zum Ankommen.

Der Pool ist nicht gechlort, es schwimmt ein Fettfilm aus Sonnencreme auf dem Wasser.

A very good choice to stay in Sigiriya. Not only because they are like a travel agency organizing heaps of services (good price and with quality) but also because the whole staff is very very nice, smiling, adorable and very welcoming. It s not business, it s a high and clever sense of customer care and service. Whenever and wherevever, they organize it for you. A great souvenir and it s the accomodation in my life where I saw the highest numbers of animals. From baby birds in a net, squarrels along the pool, eagles flying over the pool, etc. I recommend the spa service and massages they book for you in wonderful institute. Not the lories night watching though (not the accommodation s fault).

Seriously, nothing important that would need to be mentioned. What I read as negative comments, i d say i dont agree.
