- Abitazione molto grande. - Presenza di 3 bagni (essenziali quando si è in 5 persone). - Vicizanza al lungomare. - Ampio giardino - Disponibilità della titolare

- Assenza di zanzariere che in presenza di un giardino non permettono di tenere le finestre aperte di sera, altrimenti ci si riempie di zanzare.
