CAI got the whole house during my stay and it is a luxury to have it so. The owner put in lots of considerations to design the place and you can see the ideas everywhere. Beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious, the bed is perfect, the room even comes eith a balcony that one could chill and have a sip of whatever one prefers. The place to go for breakfast is typical Italian which is enjoyable. All communications are via WhatsApp for me. The owner responds in time if there is any question.

Fornitures is not luxury. It is basic ikea but it works well.
ROThe location is central, no more than 15 minutes' walk from Pescara Centrale. The room and the private bathroom are very large, the cleanliness is impeccable, you get everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom has a shower, bidet. I was very pleasantly surprised to find on the table 2 bottles of water, capsules for the coffee machine. The common area has a well-equipped kitchen, including a large refrigerator, microwave, tables, chairs, etc. Entry to the location is done by codes and keys.
The accommodation was beyond expectations!
LUThe rooms have been given a fresh tasteful renovation, and they are large. The bathroom is especially lovely, and in the lobby there are two tables with chairs, a microwave, a little coffee machine and a big fridge. No cooking plate. There is a big supermarket near the B&B, but other than that there is not much to do in this part of the city.
I wish I could have got the instructions for entry at least a day before arrival, then I wouldn't have stood there between the front door and the gas station for 20 minutes trying to call the host. Kitchenware was advertised in the description, but there was almost none, also no toaster. Imagine yourself in the shoes of your guests and think, how would they heat their food in the microwave if there is not a single plate? The room is big enough to fit a sofa, a normal size table, a couple of shelves, a desk maybe. Right now it's just a half-empty space.

PLEverything was perfect except for breakfast, which is just 1 bun and 1 cup of coffee/tea. But anyway, it's in some local old pastry shop and they have reeeally tasty bakery 😊 the place is located around 20 minutes far from the beach, there is a big supermarket just near. Also, you can benefit from the terrace and have dinner there. It's quite spacious

GBClean. Nice position very close to train station and centre.doesn t feel periphery. Nice breakfast offered at one of the closeby bar. Extra coffe available and you can made use of a fridge to store whatever you buy. Clean. Friendly. And nice neighbours too!! We will stay again!! Very spacious. Easy instructions delivered and easy contact with owner!
