Ocean Guesthouse Peniche

Lovely decorated, clean and comfortable. It’s only a few minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. My bike was stored safely in the lobby overnight. Other guests were smoking in the property. I contacted the owner but they didn't reply.

Both staff and property owner were super friendly and helpful. The house was spacious and had all the facilities needed to make it a pleasant stay. The location was in a very peaceful area and we had the chance to met a very unexpected guess (Cat) from our neighbours I believe!

The only inconvenient I would say is the fact that there was no lift on the property, and being a 3rd floor without it made things a little bit less enjoyable. But it meant we did extra cardio everyday!

The building opening door system (if you doesn't have battery in your phone, you can't enter in the building and doesn't have a type of recepcionist either) and the locker of the bedroom (that locker needs to be changed)

No heating was available. I stayed in late February and the weather in Peniche was quite chilly. I did not sleep well because my room was so cold. Bitterly disappointing.
