Hotel BEJEWELLED Sigiriya

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was absolutely exceptional—honestly better than many restaurants. They also proactively asked if we wanted to go on any excursions and organized everything for us perfectly. Highly recommended!

This was one of our best stays in Sri Lanka. Wasa and his family made us so welcome. We felt less like guests and more like members of his family. It's really well located for Sigiriya Rock and close to cafes etc. We ate at the hotel and the meal was really tasty, a lovely mix of food. Breakfasts were excellent too. The rooms are en suite with a/c. This was an excellent stay, I'd happily go back again.

The hosts were extremely helpful and the breakfast they prepared each morning was delicious! Also located in a quiet area, which was nice if you’re okay with walking/tuktuk to the attractions. At the end of my stay they even helped me find transportation to my next destination.

The bathroom had a little bit of a musky smell, but wasn’t major.

Très jolie guesthouse dans un endroit en pleine nature. On est au calme avec le bruit des oiseaux. Magnifique jardin. Wassa est très souriant et accueillant, lui et toute sa famille. Il nous a proposé plusieurs activités : l'ascension du pic Pidurangala au coucher du soleil, le Lion rock ( tout près de l'hotel) et un safari extraordinaire à Minnerya avec Inesh, très gentil et qui a pris son temps. Wassa répond à toutes nos questions et n'hesite pas à nous donner de bons conseils et etre arrangeant avec les transports ( il a eu la gentillesse de nous amener en tuk tuk gratuitement au Pidurangala et aussi de réserver un taxi). Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le dîner était fantastique , tous les plats etaient délicieux !!! Bravo ! Sa fille Oshadhi est adorable aussi , et de bons conseils aussi. Un grand merci à vous, on vous recommande ! Venez chez eux , vous ne le regretterez pas !

Un muy buen alojamiento calidad-precio. Los anfitriones super atentos, flexibles y amables. Limpieza muy buena tanto de la habitación como del baño. Desayunos abundantes y variados. Nos quedamos a cenar el primer día y fue espectacular de calidad y precio simbólico. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento. No esta en el centro de toda la actividad pero eso hace muy tranquila la estancia y en 3 minutos con la moto estás allí. Gestionan alquiler de moto y conductor de safari a Minneriya. En resumen un 10.

The hotel and our room were very clean, surrounded by nature and perfectly quiet. Although it was a homestay, the breakfast and optional local dinner were excellent. Our host was extremely helpful—he arranged our safari, organized a taxi for our next destination, and even suggested interesting stops along the way. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable stay that I would highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in einem hübschen Garten abseits der belebteren Hauptstraße. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, die Zimmer und Bäder sind geräumig und sauber. Neben dem abwechslungsreichen (auf Wunsch lokalen) Frühstück durften wir uns auch abends im Homestay kulinarisch auf der Terrasse verwöhnen lassen! Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr herzlich und immer bereit, die Gäste mit dem Tuktuk zu fahren, sogar vor Sonnenaufgang zu einem der beiden Felsen! Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

L’accueil est familial et authentique, notre hôte s’’est montré d’une grande disponibilité et d’une grande gentillesse, pour nous conseiller et nous accompagner dans nos choix d’activité et nous faire profiter de ses contacts. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient quant à eux fabuleux !

여기에 한국에서 8년동안 일하셨던 사장님 계십니다 가족이 운영하는 숙소인데 모두 너무 친절하고, 분위기,위생상태 등 가격대비 엄청나게 좋습니다 사장님이 이 숙소에 한국사람은 처음이라며 엄청 반가워하며 동네 구경도 시켜주셨어요ㅋㅋ 저녁엔 제가 몸상태가 안좋아보이니 직접 병원,약국까지 함께 다녀주시며 챙겨주셨습니다 시기리야에서는 무조건 여기에 머무르시는걸 추천!
