Parking was a good walk away

Location was outstanding and the apartment was beautiful. The manager was easy to reach and helped answer questions including finding a private parking option nearby which was extraordinarily helpful. Amazing all around.

The owners were very helpful arranging a 2nd bed to be made up when we requested it & organising a storage area for our luggage on our departure day so we could continue our exploring unencumbered until the time of our transport.

Location was very handy for exploring Ortigia. The apartment was well set up and in a reasonably quiet alley.

Unfortunately we had no hot water for three days. We contacted the owner immediately who tried to rectify the problem but the new gas hot water system apparently was faulty. The owner thought he had fixed it but not so. We reported it a second time and on departure told the cleaners when they came to service the apartment. The weather was good but not hot enough to want a cold shower!

This property has everything we needed and it’s like band new.
