Very warm welcome from Giulia. I would recommend to take Andrea's directions and not rely on sat nav which seems to have a very roundabout route. It is very easy to reach to abd from San Remo.

Great location!Lovely Owners and wonderful atmosphere.We found it easily. We were welcomed as a family.Very cozy and spacious room.There is everything you need.It's a beautiful view from the garden and from the window during the day and at night. Unfortunately, we could stay only for one night, but it's a beautiful place for a holiday. We highly recommend this place.

The people hosting the property are very friendly. The house is located quite high in the mountain side overlooking the city of Sanremo, the view is fantastic The garden in front of the house is very nice too The house itself is from the 19th century but very well kept and modernly updated with all the amenities and plus you can feel the charm of the old italian villa.

The road up and down the hill is quite difficult (steep and narrow with blind turns), may be tricky for drivers

I love this property, Julia is so kind. the view of the place is amazing, you can see all San Remo. The place is so comfy and clean.

just not follow the gps to get there, follow the place instructions.
