Facing all the rice fields with complete quietness. Very beautiful house.

Wow! This place is mind blowing! The location is amazing! And the house is wow! Perfect place to enjoy peace.

It was cute at first. The upstairs family unit was where I would have preferred to stay. Even with just the two of us. Breakfast was okayish. They connected us to a really great driver who was intelligent, kind and knowledgeable.

Bedding had mold on it. The bathroom never felt clean. Lots of ways for mosquitoes and bugs to get in.

The bathroom could use a little maintenance. But it was really fine.

Bit open to the elements, insects and other small animals but there's a mosi net so all good on that front

Nice, spacious villa to relax at in beautiful peaceful and quiet surroundings. We (family of 4) came here to chill and enjoy walking/hiking in the area and the house served us well. Its a good place to stop to take a break between busy places in Bali (it was that way in June 2024, but there was plenty of building going on in the area)

A little more effort could have been put into cleanliness of the property, especially the bathrooms - it wasn't horrendous but enough to reduce the score a notch.

Must have been fabulous when it was first built - spacious, nice view, and there was hot water.

Cleanliness and hygiene were pretty poor. We saw several mice inside the villa, including one in the bed (photo attached) and another that ran across my husband’s back while he was sleeping. We are very used to bugs and geckos etc (appreciate this is a rural area) but the presence of so many mice inside made us feel like the whole place was unhygienic. When we told the host, they didn’t apologise and said they would “check it later”. There were also some safety issues and it was quite run down - several of the power points and switches were falling out of the wall and we got zapped when we tried to plug a charger in. If they get rid of the mice and did a thorough clean and some maintenance this might once again be a great place to stay.

Beautiful house, beautiful location. Wayan and Suci were fantastic at communicating, organising a walk, and Wayan was to great answering all of my hundreds of questions about the area and the farming.

It’s noisy at night. Just nature- frogs mostly but can be hard to sleep.
