Couldn't find a recycling bin! Tv not wired up toaerial. Couldnt scan channels. I had to sort it with wifi to watch iplayer Advertised as having use of stovetop yet sign said cooker unavailable. Room heated way too high. No problem but energy wasted as not only did

Disgusting sleeping conditions bed doors were open bed had yellow stains stank off dog urine I would like a refund

Very comfortable clean room. Very spacious.

Shared bathroom, not private as listed, shower and shower caddy mouldy. 1 towel for 2 of us for a 3 day stay. Heating only came on for an hour about 4am. The view was a grotty garden and other windows being very overlooked. And worst thing camera right outside our bedroom door that followed us to the bathroom and cameras in kitchen/ diner. Felt extremely uncomfortable as if we were in the Big Brother house. Parking is a joke too. Drop kerb on half the drive way so had to bump up on the pavement.

Great value for money, very convenient and user friendly check in/ out system. And very good location for what we needed. Thank you!

Some little inconveniences, rather than negative points as such and absolutely isn't the host's fault, but will mention them here so others will pay more attention than I did. Some rooms have shared bathroom (which I didn't pay attention to when I booked) and if ought to get ready early in the morning, there's the risk of bathroom being occupied. It worked out well for us in the end, but it has been a big worry that morning. And the parking space is limited and even if you mention you need one, if you arrive late (like we did), there's the risk of being all taken. So ask beforehand of all your parking options.
