"Good stay, amazing hotel, best view and location but bad internet"

Location was great, just 5 min walking from the skiing area. Oksana was great, food was tasty and the best part of the stay was the view from the studio, beautiful mountain view with panoramic window. Room was really clean, bathroom had all we needed. It was nice that we could also use the grill area. Place was extremely calm and cozy. We got so used to waking up with sound of birds and sleep in absolute quietness. The place should be the heaven for the ones who come for skiing or hiking the mountains.

Internet was a big problem, every couple minutes it disappeared and we had really bad wifi coverage in the room. Due to the issue with the internet we sometimes were disconnected from the world and had to just wait until it connected back for 10-15 minutes, this was a big problem cause mobile signal is almost nonexistent up there and without the wifi internet we were stranded. Also, found a bug in the bathroom, got rid of it but I think they come from the holes on the ground (side) of the bathroom.

"Rude staff and 'general', poor road to arrive, and lack of security as doors don't lock."

The view was very nice from the cabin. It would be a great spot if you want to spend time away from the city. *Staff didn't charge as our stay lasted less than an hour, so I am grateful that they actually gave a refund*

First, you have to drive on about 2km of TERRIBLE road to reach the spot. (I don't mean pot holes, I mean there isn't a road and it's mostly just rocks and dirt-not good for anything other than a sports utility vehicle. Next, the staff was rude. The woman who met us was not helpful and asked us why we didn't bring our own 'home shoes' (we weren't allowed to wear our shoes inside and didn't bring our own slippers....) I also didn't know where to park and parked the car out front temporarily, and was told that the owner-whom she referred to as 'The General', would arrive later and if we didn't move the car he would "run over it". We rented 2 rooms-one of them was difficult to lock and the other didn't lock at all.
