"Was a chaotic check in, good location"

Location is good

Host wasn’t responsive. We waited at the outside door, called the intercome and some guy answered “I know nothing” and dropped. After calling booking support they arranged door to open. During that time, rain started. Also, they have a pack of 5 keys: gate, outside door, inside door, room etc. Was not the easiest way to go home😀

Very close to centre of Sorrento/the beach lift and the main train station Comfortable and exactly what was needed for. City break with the family

No lift and we had a child and buggy but knew this when booking (property on 2nd floor)- so not the properties problem but mine

Good location

Air conditioning did not work well and we did not get instructions on how to get to and enter the property until I contacted them after check in time. The property is on the second floor and no elevator available.
