Радушный и приветливый хозяин, готовый помочь по любому вопросу. Локация и близость к парку. Парковочное место. Кухня на улице, можно завтракать/обедать/ужинать на улице. Довольно тихо

Слышно соседей, которые пользуются ванной. Но это скорее особенность Грузии, чем претензия к хозяевам.
