Everything was clean, and the host was very helpful, assisting us in exploring the city and its surroundings. The kitchen was totally separated and the smell of food was not in the room

Unfortunately, the bunk bed was unstable and loose; with the slightest movement of one person, the other person also moves.

Apartment is located really close to city center and walkable distance to the park Welcoming hosts. Accurate to the pictures. We had nice sleep, comfortable beds and spotless bedsheets. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but i would happy go back

The only good thing of this place is that it was clean and cheap. However, as comparison we stayed in another guesthouse in Batumi for the same price and the place was 3X as big and had private parking and a washing machine which this place NOT have unlike what they are saying on Booking so compared to that the cheapness wasn't that great either. The ad is very deceiving, it is just a tiny room hard to reach walking and by car, couldn't leave soon enough.

We came by car, the ad said that it has private parking, This was a lie. The house is at the end of a dead-end street, SEE PHOTO the street is very narrow so 2 cars can not pass. You have to back out to get out of the place, this is of course is if you can as you can get parked in by a few cars, the whole idea made me claustrophobic and the ad should not mention that they have parking, this was hell to get in and out! Parking was on that narrow street. And I had to get out in the rain again so that the neighbors could park, it was ridiculous. The ad said washing machine, dryer, coffee machine and all kind of other extras and that was also a lie, non of it was there. The room we got with two beds should have had only one bed, with our luggage we could not even walk in the room. It was a tiny room in bad shape and horrible old squeaky beds. The supposed kitchen and table we were supposed to have were shared with another room. I'm sure the owner, who by the way was very rude we never met only on the phone, his mother just grabbed the money and turned around without a single word, will say that people shouldn't believe me and check his other feedback but all those had most likely no car and maybe they had bigger/better rooms. But the ad is full of lies and wrong advertisements. I have been in many hotels and am the highest-ranking Genius Booking client and this is the first time I am ever leaving such a low rating. The owner should adjust his ads according to reality, so we won't feel cheated by him. Oh, and I paid 3GEL less because they do not accept cards to avoid paying taxes so you can only pay in cash and I had 65GEL left while the room was 68GEL, I was leaving the country the next morning so had no GEL left, I could pay with my card but they don't do that.
