non vi era un ricambio di aria diretto, la stanza aveva soltanto una luce centrale

Tatami mats in the room, very nice view from the window,, very quiet. Large and comfortable common area for cooking and sitting. Facilities all working well. Definitely one of the better stays on my journey.

The room was a bit small, but okay for a single person, and for the price.

The house was not full when we were there.

Very limited facilities, I walk up the hill to get there, two bathrooms and showers shared between potentially 15 people. Cash only payments accepted.

De locatie is prachtig. Het hotel zelf is ook niet verkeerd. En voor een degelijke prijs.

I had a single person room here and it was actually perfect. A decent size for me and my 2 big bags, very clean and a really convinient walking distance to the old town centre (about 5-10min walk). Really enjoyed being based here for my stay in Takayama!

There is only 2 bathrooms, which might require a small wait when the guesthouse is full… but lucky for me there was only 3 (out of 5) rooms full during my stay so it wasn’t really an issue :)
