"Superb"

The location and hardware are super. Higher than my expectation.

However, the quiet requirement with a sound measurement meter installed inside the room is too much. I felt so stressful while I doing anything, not sure if that will be too loud to trigger the alarm. Another improvement could be considered: the mattress is super sponged but unsupportive, pairing with the super flat pillow were a big challenge to get a good rest.

one of the best kept apartment I have stayed. Owner was very friendly and very approachable. she was quick to reply when I have queries. Location was super good with restaurants and places of interests all within walking distance.

Absolutely nothing at all.
