Excellent staff and service. They are open to feedback and do their best to meet my needs. Rooms are big and clean. Delicious breakfast, with a main, mixed fruit platter, fresh fruit juice and coffee/tea. Quiet, about 15-20mins walk away from the beach and Uluwatu Temple. Laundry service just across the street and small stores beside the hotel.

Sewage smell resolved by covering the pipe holes. No mineral water provided in the room (apparently it ran out), but there was a mineral water dispenser in another room which we also booked. Hotel shuttle from the airport is chargeable, and understandably higher compared to other types of transportations.
