Casa FERRARA

The location was excellent. A few meters from a supermarket and the main street of the city centre started around the corner, making it the perfect place to start a walk. It was nice there was a (shared) kitchen, with all basic equipment. Compared to other apartments good value for money.

The room was not large (but good for a shorter stay) and the balcony table was unstable.

The location is great! The 3rd floor shared kitchen is good. Very responsive and fixed things... when possible. The funny part is, even with all the negatives below, after we became acclimated to all the "bumps," it was fine! In fact? For a two - or (max) three night stay, it's really worth the price.

Free toiletries were a big plastic refill bag of hand soap (the owner explained the container was broken), the shower doesn't actually work (the handheld part did somewhat work), while listed there is no washer, the bed is two twins pushed together, Internet and tv are "iffy," some electrical outlets don't work, and the room could be cleaner... Oh! If you have mobility concerns, all three flights of stairs are super steep, and... the stairway lights shut off very soon after you flip the switch.

The perfect location, comfortable room and kitchen

A basic, clean & comfortable room that is superbly located on a quiet side street but only a few minutes walk from the town centre & close to both a supermarket and several bars/restaurants. Any one looking for good accommodation on a budget I would highly recommend Casa Ferrara
