Serendipity Adorable Tairua Studio

Beautiful views!

The information provided before arrival was helpful. Linda and Johnny live on the premises and guests have the lower level floor which consists of a separate bathroom, a very large lounge and bedroom area with some cooking facilities and a large terrace with garden furniture. Our welcome was very warm and Linda was very hospitable in offering more than we expected. She had provided breakfast items, largely organic and also came down with freshly baked muffins when we arrived. The bed is very comfortable and the terrace and windows look out onto a magnificent view of the sea and river which changes according to the tide. The driveway is very steep which allows the great views but walking up or down is not to be recommended. The town of Tairua offers several eating places and the beaches are very close. We had a brilliant stay and would not hesitate to recommend .

Good location ,stunning views, spacious studio and lovely hosts even making delicious home made berry scones on our arrival .Studio well equipped and very comfortable.

The fridge was very well stocked with many extras you would not expect to find for breakfast, all homemade and we were welcomed to steaming hot muffins on arrival. The bathroom was also stocked with everything you would want for a shower including toothpaste and toothbrushes.

There was nothing we didn't like - the TV reception was the only fault and that was presumably because of the location of the studio high up on a steep hill. We didn't use the TV much anyway, only for a short while in the evenings.

Elevated and off the road location with water and surrounding views. Easy walk to township and local beach’s. Modern and clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts lovely and unexpected treats on arrival for the stay a bonus :)

While walking distance to „Downtown“, the studio has a view to the entire estuary and is very quiet. It’s spacious, sunny and has all the appliances, equipment and amenities anyone could wish for and attentive hosts in case you really need anything else. The breakfast is especially noteworthy with its homemade jam and granola.

The steep driveway is not for the faint of heart.

The welcome by our hosts. We didn't arrive till 10.30pm due to my luggage getting lost at Auckland Airport. However, Jim waited up for us and gave us a warm welcome. After a long journey because of closed roads and lost baggage, this was heartwarming. We loved the wonderful array of food that had been provided for us. A bowl of fruit,home made muffins, home made muesli, yoghurt, lemon curd, the list goes on. Absolutely fabulous. Their attention to detail was second to none. We also loved the studio itself with its fabulous views and spaciousness.
