Villa Africa Guesthouse

We were very happy with the setup and the neatness. Beautiful decor and the room had everything you need. Staff were amazing.

beds are comfy. Food is decent. Not a lot of variety on the menu, but sufficient. Breakfast is standard Namibian breakfast.

The toilet in our room was leaking. we asked if they could put us in another room, but instead someone came and "fixed it to the best of their ability". It still leaked. Not the end of the world, but would have been nicer to have been given the option to change rooms.

Staff was unable to process any form of payment. I had to phone the owner in Windhoek to ask for banking details as the staff had no way to accept my payment. This made it very difficult and unpleasant, staff was not well equipped at all.

I like the fact that the staff was willing to do extra work to make us feel at home.

The parking space is a bit too tight

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beautifully rooms. Very clean. Tasty food. The rooms are spacious and fit with luxury linen. The manager is very helpful and wiĺ asist with everything. I enjoyed Mt tasybdinner and brreakfast was more than the English breakfast advertised. I can recommend this place to anyone.

The set up of the property is very good

Parking space could be a challenge when all rooms are occupied. The shower floor is not levelled, hence the water doesn’t flow out immediately
