Very good communication with the staff. Very helpful. Excellent location. Close to metro and bus

Unfortunately, I have a few comments about the room itself. The shower in the bathroom has tiles falling off the floor, which is not very safe. The lampshade by the night lamp is falling apart. The covers on the chairs are not very clean. The room itself is very small.

The location of the property is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and the communication with the management was brilliant. We felt looked after at every moment, despite there being no staff on site.

The bathroom is large, but the shower is outdated and needs renovating. We always seemed to get lots of water on the floor, despite best efforts.

The Apartment was centrally located but very quiet. The bathroom was large with modern shower/sink. The bedroom had a balcony also.

The room was spacious and bright with comfortable beds and a big bathroom, too. Good area to stay in, walking distance to points of interest. Easy communications with host via WhatsApp.

The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious, clean, and with all the typical amenities (coffee, tea, mini-fridge, hair dryer, clean towels, toiletries, safe). The location is fantastic, it is easy to get there and, following the information on your email, easy to access as well. We were able to check-in late at night when our flight arrived.

Our bedroom didn't have any window to the outside, only to the internal lightwell (air-shaft). It forces you to go out to enjoy the city. But you lose all connection with the outdoor space, no sunshine, no idea of weather conditions, or if you are tired and you prefer to stay in bed a bit longer, you don't have a view to enjoy.
