Place difficult to find.Breakfast was ordinary as most are

We had a reservation for large room on a Sunday night travelling from Botswana.Due to unforseen factors we had to leave a day earlier.Phoned hotel in advance to ask for a change to Saturday.2 single rooms we given to us at R700 each.Which we had to pay.After the receptionist/barman/waiter( very kind), sooke to someone from management, we were promised a refund as we had phoned in advance.This would have to go to Finance and would take few days.That was the agreement.Nothing further was heard and emails not replied to.A real shame.Can one not trust anymore?Maybe Consumer Council can help.
