The staff and quality of care they give is 10 out 10 apartment was spotless. Location couldn't get any better.

Everything from arriving to leaving. The guesthouse was stunning the food was excellent the staff from FOH to the BOH were outstanding. First time down south and will be telling the world all about joets guest house. Ali and Lynn first time we met them who own the guesthouse and the coconut Grove Hotel were so friendly and helpful. First stop next year will be joets . Just like to say thank you Ali and Lynn and all the staff A MASSIVE THANK YOU AND SEE ALL NEXT YEAR 🙏 LYNN & BILL PS WILL LET JED KNOW WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME . breakfast options, being from north, I expected more options in breakfast.

The fact that it costs much less than comparable properties and it had access to a beach. The beach was not too crowded with typical tourists even though it was so close to the airport. They have a really good beach view restaurant which locals and people from all over goa come to visit.

The beach was not too crowded One suggestion I have for travellers is request for an upper floor room while booking. The ground floor ones have no privacy as the pathway to the beach and the restaurant are right there. So even though you can see the beach, you might not open your curtains.
