Nice scenery and very peaceful

Beautifully decorated with attention to detail. We even found a lovely carrot cake left for us in the room. The bed was super comfy. The views from the verandah were also lovely. The town of Clarens was just a 10-15 min drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our luxurious stay here

Restful, beautiful view. Outstanding touches to all aspects of the accommodation.

The road needs a grading. I know it's on a farm, but there are 1 or 2 parts that are not good and would make driving after dark undesirable.

My stay at this beautiful accommodation in Clarens was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by breathtaking views and a sense of complete peace and tranquility. The setting is surrounded by nature — the mountains, fresh air, and quiet atmosphere made it the ideal getaway. The room was cozy, spotless, and so thoughtfully prepared. It had every self-catering amenity one could possibly think of — truly a home away from home. The attention to detail was incredible, right down to the delicious homemade cake waiting for me on arrival! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Whether you’re looking to unwind, explore the outdoors, or simply enjoy some time away in a stunning location, this is the perfect place to stay. I’ll definitely be back! 🌿✨

That my stay was only 3 nights :(

Fantastic location, well appointed unit, comfortable beds, good bathroom & nice toiletries. Loved sitting outside watching it get dark and listening to the night sounds! Everything we needed for a quiet 2 day stay.

There's no place to put luggage. Perhaps some bulky pieces of furniture can be replaced with suitable luggage storage.

Everything the views the cleanliness the area, great braai facilities! Just absolutely awesome, can’t go wrong with Jovali, think I have got my place everytime I am coming to Clarens!

Perfectly curated rooms for a getaway to Clarens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the Horeb suite was luxurious and I appreciated the finer details and tasteful decor! We lacked for nothing, and the sweet treats throughout the room were a really lovely touch. The view is incredible, and being 7 mins outside of the main town allowed for peace and quiet while still being a short distance from shops and activities.

Just a note to make sure to bring a car that isn't very low to the ground, as driving on certain parts of the small bit of dirt road was a little tricky, especially at night.
