Цена-качество отговаря напълно,стаята има климатик и телевизор,местоположението е идеално,срещу резиденцията има паркинг който е 5,5€ на ден (удря се печат на билета на рецепцията на резеденцията и се плаща не на машината за плащане а на рецепцията на паркинга която е на входа на бизнес центъра )но не работи по празниците.На около 500 м зад резиденцията има два паркинга един до друг които работят 24 часа имат и виаверде.Персонала е учтив ,срещу резиденцията има голям хранителен магазин до резиденцията има голямо кафе.
