"My new favorite place to stay in Dunedin"

Location super handy for my work. Good price. Very clean. Nice little personal touch with the welcome board. Chocolate treats were a winner. Loved being so close to the sea

The bed is quite firm but that's personal preference ...some people would love it.

Lovely and comfortable accommodation, very clean with great modern decor and facilities. Loved all the extra little hospitality touches like the board games, books, and coffee/tea supplies. Very close to Dunedin town and right by the gorgeous beach.
