The location was great. Staff were courteous

The hotel room is grubby, the bathroom was dirty but the power of the shower was good. it’s very noisy from other guests talking, and laughing all night long.

The location of the property was very good. Walkable distance to Golden Temple, Heritage area, lot of options for food, etc. Fairly new property, hence quite clean. Staff are very helpful and well mannered. Room size is very good

The bedsheets and towels can be cleaner. Room service need to improved. Room rates were a bit higher than other properties around

Proximity to golden temple and food stalls.

Bedsheets and pillowcases weren’t as clean as they could be. Plus we didn’t get informed about wifi.

"Horrific experience."

Location of this hotel is good. Very near to the market and main entrance of the temple.

Except location, everything about this hotel was a disaster. Firstly, after booking I had called the hotel twice regarding early check-in and they accepted but on arrival they claimed that no prior information was provided. They also did not respond to the messages and emails sent via booking.com portal. When we got check-in, we found out that the linens were not changed, bathroom was not cleaned. Used tissue paper of previous guest was still lying in the bathroom dustbin and the pot was dirty. They did not even keep a single soap in the washroom. The towels were wet as if the previous guest has used and they folded it and kept back. The bedsheet had hairs of the previous guest as well. Overall it was a pathetic experience with this hotel. It is better to visit and then book after checking on the rooms.
