Gli spazi sono abbondanti, gli arredi nuovi ed adeguati. La stanza è luminosa confortevole spaziosa. Vicina al centro è vicinissima al Centro di Selezione dell’Esercito, 3 minuti a piedi.

La posizione, e la disponibilità dei proprietari

Non è ben chiaro dove si trova, dato che non abbiamo visto nessuna insegna o targa sull'uscio della porta d'ingresso, e il frigorifero era praticamente vuoto, non c'era nemmeno l'acqua.
