Great location. Close to the beach, train station and town without being too close to hear late night music. Rooms clean and comfortable. I love the decor and little touches of humour. Stephanie is a fabulous and considerate host.

"Excellent all round, we will definitely be back in future."

The property was in an ideal location for our visit to family and is very close to the beach and amenities. Parking was not a problem as the host quickly sorted a permit. Stephanie was friendly and helpful and couldn’t have done more to improve our stay. The room was very well equipped and the breakfast was delicious, our Labrador Rosie was also welcomed during the stay with treats and cuddles.

Steph is an amazing host , nothing was too much trouble . From the time we checked in until the time we left . I loved the fact that we had lovely conversations at breakfast . You have a lovely unique guest house . I have never felt more welcome anywhere. Breakfast was fabulous with homemade baked bread. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean.

I can not fault this guest house . I liked everything from the arrival to leaving.
