Clean quiet fridge kettle friendly staff

A bit overpriced

A friendly welcome, I was offered the option to purchase breakfast, but declined. Large room with en-suite bathroom. tea/coffee facilities and fridge.

The bathroom was very small. The room could have been cleaner, as there was 'stuff' on the carpet and a dirty spoon in one of the mugs. Also, as my room faced the busy road, it was quite noisy.

Easy to find . Located directly opposite Lidls . Beautifully furnished . Had everything needed in the room .

Faultless 10 night stay at Hudsons Guest House. Everything was first class. The hosts Michael and Andrew are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The place is immaculate, our room had everything for a comfortable stay. We had an en suite room, lovely Egyptian cotton towels, hairdryer and some toiletries provided. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate sachets and sugar provided daily, along with fresh milk placed in the rooms fridge. Our stay was during the sweltering heat, what a welcome surprise on returning to our room after a day out to find a fan had been left for us. Michael had greeted us on our day of arrival and took both mine and my hubby's suitcases up to our room, bless him, the day of leaving he knocked on our door to say to let him know when our cases needed carrying down. I should also mention the breakfast -- delicious and great value, a variety of cereals, full English, toast and jam/marmalade plus fresh juice and tea. We loved the fact that you are not tied to a commitment of breakfast daily, you just fill out the menu form the day before and place in a locked box (before 21.30pm). Also there is free on site parking. The sea front is under a mile down the road. We cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.
