Property was clean and tidy Good communication with Roger who greated us on arrival. Modern and freash looking Bed was comfortable Close to the beach and weymouth town centre so perfect location for a little getaway

I wish I had upgraded the room to a bigger room for more space But saying that the one we were in was still nice but was the smallest room.

Easy access to Greenhill area of Weymouth

Parking large cars could be an issue but owner very helpful

The location of the property was ideal. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and even a mini fridge in the room with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Very close to the beach and just a short stroll along the promenade to the main beach and the town centre. Parking was free with a space allocated per room and located next to the property and off the road. Roger was very helpful and friendly throughout and made the stay an enjoyable experience. We would definitely go back for another holiday.

Small but tidy room with all the stuffs you needed for short stay, from an ironing board & iron to a fridge.

Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Communication from Roger was great throughout, welcoming and friendly on arrival.

Really friendly host, room and property were clean and tidy. They had a lounge area & mini bar downstairs, which we only realised on the last evening. Nice idea.

No shower gel or shampoo for use in the room, but that's the only comment.
