Its ok for that price, just for sleep and shower. Staf frendly .

Location not so perfect, and have some more little things to fix therr, for example shower leaking ..

Its oke for only sleepover, nothing more nothing less.

Everything is old and have not been invested in place for a longe time.

We used this accommodation for the second time this year. Close to the center, with the possibility of parking

We knew what was waiting for us, so nothing surprised us.

Location is not the best, but not to fair also The big issues is they have a event house beside them and one night was impossible to sleep because of the music from this event

The hosts were welcoming, offered complimentary coffee and made registration of my stay on check-in (white cardboard, they call it in Serbia).

Luckily I booked the room with 3 beds as no other was available for me alone to stay. The room is not properly cleaned: on one of 3 beds I noticed wrinkles on bed sheets n pillow as when somebody slept there n linen was not changed, so I choose other bed for me which seemed clean. Toilet was also dirty, so I wiped objects I had to touch with anticeptic wet tissues which became dirty. I did not ask to change the room as I was to stay for one night - thought I could manage and also I felt they may be about same as the host lady opened one room for me at first then saw it was not cleaned n offered me the one I finally got. Worst thing was I could not fell asleep for a long time and around 2a.m. I felt something dropped on my head and when I got up I saw black worm of about 2,5-3cm long 3-4mm wide on the pillow moving quite fast. I threw it to the floor n killed it, but after that I could not sleep at all - keep checking if any other worm on the ceiling from time to time - did not see any more. I could tolerate couple of mosquitos in the room - I understand, but not the worm falling down on you. I had never come across such before and good I felt it as it could get in my ear or nose, who knows... I left early morning and told the host-lady about this, she said sorry, but did not offer compensation which I think could be appropriate as I did not sleep at night at all - I had a tough day for sight seeing after it. Another sign that no proper cleaning is done is snares/spidernets in the room. I stayed in other apartment for same price in Belgrade for over 10 days and it was very clean unlike this one.
