Very nice flat in an excellent location. Beds very comfortable and an incredibly generous selection of delicious attentions for breakfast. Everything was super clean and the communication very nice and sympathetic. Internet works perfectly

Really friendly staff, easy check-in, great breakfast. Shower, wifi, heating and bed all excellent. Lovely presentation of everything. Off street parking available.

The host Valentina was incredibly kind and helpful, she took an extra step to help us pay our fine, which was a huge favor. I would totally stay here again. There is also a free parking spot availalbe in the backyard

The bathroom ceiling is quite low, it wasnt a problem for us though

"Great stopping point & good value-for-money"

Value-for-money & a suitable base for us while sightseeing around the Parma-Modena area Complimentary breakfast & basic amenities were provided Free parking available to those who drive Contactless check-in was seamless & check-out was also a breeze

Comfort was not 100% but you get what you pay for Parking is not the easiest due to the narrow roads so any large SUVs will need to be careful
