Comunicazione con l'host difficoltosa, risponde al telefono con ritardo e, data l'ora tarda, rimaniamo a lungo fuori dalla struttura, macchinoso il sistema di accesso, la sosta interna (a pagamento) è stata impossibile, sia perché mancava il passo carrabile sia per la mancata apertura del cancello, abbiamo chiesto come aprire ma ai messaggi non abbiamo ricevuto risposta, ciò ha comportato l'annullamento del soggiorno con conseguente disagio, è seguita la richiesta di rimborso della prenotazione o il previsto rimborso parziale, trascorsi due giorni ancora nessuna risposta.

Chambre très propre, agréable et bien aménagée . Dans un quartier très calme avec place de parking à proximité. Des restaurants à proximité sinon le centre un peu plus animé est à 20mn à pieds. Rien à redire c'était parfait .
