La posizione

Nonostante le risposte tempestive e cortesi via whatsapp alle nostre segnalazioni, praticamente quasi nessun problema è stato risolto. Purtroppo le criticità che abbiamo riscontrato e i disagi a cui abbiamo dovuto far fronte non sono stati pochi: - acqua calda mancante, che ha più volte comportato docce fredde o al massimo tiepide, ricorso al parrucchiere per il lavaggio dei capelli; - scarico del lavabo del bagno gocciolante, che ci ha costretto ad asciugare il pavimento ogni qualvolta abbiamo usato l'acqua nel bagno; - pulizie assenti in una settimana, neanche i cestini vuotati; - scaldasalviette del bagno perennemente spento, abbiamo acquistato un caldobagno perché si gelava; - lampada dello specchio del bagno fulminata, abbiamo acquistato una torcia per illuminare; - telecomando della TV con pile scariche e in pessimo stato, che per fortuna ci è stato sostituito; - armadio sporco, che ho dovuto pulire prima di riporre i miei indumenti. Speravo almeno in un parziale rimborso per compensare le spese sostenute, ma l'host si è rifiutato di venirci incontro, sostenendo che abbiamo sempre avuto una risposta e che hanno risolto i problemi che abbiamo segnalato (non vero, l'acqua è rimasta fredda per tutto il soggiorno) e che non possono rispondere per quanto non segnalato. Ritengo che la struttura debba essere funzionale e pulita PRIMA che il cliente vi acceda, e che non sia un'incombenza del cliente segnalare i disservizi per poter avere un soggiorno consono al prezzo pagato o un rimborso nel caso in cui la struttura non sia all'altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto se vengono meno i servizi primari come l'acqua calda e il riscaldamento (a gennaio) e la pulizia. Per quanto ci riguarda è stata un'esperienza pessima e da non ripetere!

Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team, I am writing to report a serious issue with my recent stay at La Maison de Monet, booked through Booking.com. During my stay, the room was extremely cold, and the listed room amenities on Booking.com explicitly included “heating.” Inside the room, there was a visible heating unit (a wall-mounted water-based radiator) with a control knob located just outside the room. Initially, only hot water was functioning. As the room was freezing, I turned the knob to enable room heating, which worked normally. No warnings, instructions, or restrictions were displayed anywhere stating that the heater must not be used or that it required staff authorization. The heating function worked without issue, and I had a normal night’s stay. However, after checkout, the host contacted me directly on my personal phone number, claiming that I had “unauthorizedly tampered” with the boiler system and stating that they had to call a technician. They are now demanding €150, threatening to file a complaint and take “further necessary action” if I do not pay immediately via bank transfer. I strongly believe this demand is unjustified and intimidating, especially as: Heating was advertised as an included amenity. The heater controls were accessible to guests and not locked or labeled as restricted. No instructions or warnings were provided. No damage, leaks, or malfunction occurred during my stay. The payment request is being made outside the Booking.com platform, which raises serious concerns. This situation feels like an attempt to pressure or frighten a foreign guest into paying an unreasonable charge after checkout. I kindly request Booking.com to: 1. Investigate this matter thoroughly. 2. Advise whether the host is permitted to demand payment outside the platform. 3. Ensure that no charges or penalties are imposed on me without clear evidence and proper mediation through Booking.com. I am happy to provide screenshots of the message

Unavailability of the physical staff..... and complaining about some property damage asked for money we did not even damaged anything.... no proper instructions
