Position is good, 15min walk from the historic center. Public parking across the street is very convenient. Room is very clean a stacked with amenities. Staff is welcoming, friendly, perfect communication.

You come into a small ante room/common area that leads to the actual bedrooms. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The room is quite small and feels not as private as we wished.

Andrea is such an amazing host, attentive, always available and willing to accommodate any need you have. The B&B location is very convenient specially if you have a car as there is a huge free parking lot in front of it. It is less than 10 minutes by car to the center and around 20 minutes walking. The room is super clean and with everything you need. Will stay here again!

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days as a couple and had a fantastic time. I’m usually quite picky and not easily impressed, but this place really surprised me. The apartment was modern, clean, and super well-equipped – coffee machine, kettle, cappuccino maker, smart TV with Netflix, plenty of towels, even toothbrushes and toothpaste. We had a room with a balcony, which was lovely, and there was also a big free parking space right next to the building. Andrea, the host, was incredibly kind. He welcomed us with a table full of snacks – toast, croissants, Nutella, tea and more. He also gave us a beach umbrella, iron, vacuum cleaner, and there was a safe in the room. Communication over WhatsApp was great – he helped us with beach and restaurant tips and really made sure we were comfortable the whole time. On the last day, he even let us leave our luggage after check-out. Honestly, everything was just perfect. Highly recommend – 11/10!

The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos – clean, stylish, and perfectly equipped. There was absolutely everything we needed: from a cappuccino machine and kettle to disposable cutlery and even snacks and cold drinks, kindly provided by the host Andrea. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries, including toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel. A hairdryer and even a hair straightener were also available. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the shower had multiple settings – a small but very pleasant detail. Andrea is, without exaggeration, the best host we’ve ever encountered. As experienced travelers, we’ve met many, but his warmth, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched. He provided incredibly detailed directions, recommendations for restaurants of all types, must-see places in Cagliari, excursions, beaches, and more. He also showed us how everything works in the room and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the port and seafront. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the historic center. If you’re looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay in Cagliari, this is an outstanding choice. Staying with Andrea was an absolute pleasure! We have never met such a warm, welcoming, and helpful host before. From the very first moment, he greeted us with a big smile and provided us with so many useful tips and recommendations that made our stay in Cagliari, Sardinia so much easier and more enjoyable. We were welcomed with a sweet treat, and had everything we could possibly need for the beach — a parasol, beach towels, and even a full set of toiletries, including toothbrushes. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Andrea is a person with a huge heart and a great sense of humor — it was a real joy to chat and laugh together. Thanks to him, this part of our honeymoon was truly special. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Andrea and we will definitely be back to visit him again in the future! The room was extremely clean, the bed really comfortable, and the manager/owner was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, leaving plenty of breakfast items and free water for us.

Only two minor issues: for me, the pillow wasn’t comfortable (that’s a personal opinion), and the hot water didn’t last long enough for two 10-minute showers in a row, which is a problem since we were expecting to enjoy the chromotherapy shower.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Andrea, the host has been always very helpful, and for him it’s very important that you enjoy your stay and that you have all you need. It has been the best accommodation we had. And definitely we will come back and stay there. It is a new apartment and very well equipped, the bed is really comfortable . Even if the accommodation is without breakfast, we had a lot of coffee Lavazza), milk, juice, and bakery in abundance

The apartment was located in a great place from which you could easily walk in a few minutes across the promenade along the sea to the center of Cagliari Even without the possibility of accommodation with breakfast, he surprised us with small sweets, typical local pastry and some water and juice. There was also a possibility to cook tea or coffee in the room. Apartment was realy cozy. Everything was clean and also bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the clothes dryer. Andrea was a really great and very friendly host :-) He helped us with everything, advised countless tips for trips, good food and beaches. We really recommend accommodation with him, we would definitely go back :)
