Location was exceptional, on one of the most important streets. Property surrounded by dozens of restaurants, cafes and shops. The City Tour Bus route begins right in front of the property.

No staff available in the local. If one arrives with several pieces of luggage or heavy ones there is no one to keep them while the guest drives off to find a public parking.

The property was centrally located making it easily walkable from the train station. it had a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The shower was wonderful, huge compared to many of the places I’ve stayed. The bed was comfortable and although the property was on a busy street the room was quiet with the windows shut. The staff was wonderful and really accommodating when we had a special request.

I liked everything about it.

The location was brilliant and the room was exactly like the photos. Having keypad entry meaning no key was really good and much appreciated. The dolce gusto coffee machine was a nice touch with pods and importantly the room had decent black out blinds! it was also within walking with 5 mins to at least 20 restaurants - and if you want a late night snack the piazetta opposite was brilliant!

We expected more of a traditional ‘hotel’, during our 5 night stay we didn’t see any staff. Had regular contact via watts app, but it’s not the same as face to face. For example we slept in one day and so didn’t get the coffee pods replaced. No wine glasses/plates or an iron - and no one at the property to ask. I’m sure we could’ve messaged to ask, but again not what one expects from booking a hotel on booking.com Had to pay the tourist tax separately - slightly annoying on a day at the beach to have to pay separately. We don’t carry cash on visit to €uro land and we certainly weren’t happy when asked to leave the €15 in cash at check out where there’s no staff member to check out with. Surely this could be included in the price paid to booking.com? it did detract slightly from our enjoyment being asked to sort this. Again no one was on site to sort this at any time that we were there! Dealing with unnecessary levels of admin whilst on holiday is well below our level of expectation.

Great location on one of the main squares for transportation around the town and for tourist buses. Secure area as well as high police presences at all times. Great feature to have pull down exterior shades to keep notice out and for privacy. Liked security features in place in order to access the unit. House keeping met our requests. Liked having the option to store securely luggage. Communication with us during our stay was excellent.

Great location, clean and modern room.

I didn’t receive a duvet for a sofa bed, had to sleep under some blanket and a sheet on top of it which was falling off from a bed during a night. Sofa bed wasn’t even comfy.
